Pre-start selections
Kellie reached out to Wisteria Lane about helping her son Jackson with pre-start selections for his first home.
They had chosen tiles and fixtures with the builder before our meeting, but still needed help with interior paint colours. Kellie and Jackson brought samples of selections that had already been made and we chose a paint colour to complement those tones.
Digging deep into their needs, our lead designer Rebecca was able to provide recommendations for Jackson’s exterior colours too. We went with Colourbond Surfmist on the roof, as light colours help to deflect the heat and keep a home cooler. We chose a contrasting colour for gutters, facia and roller door in Monument, against Mandu limestone brick.
